Networking and Mentoring
The Trojan Family is about taking care of each other – Trojans for Trojans. It is also one of the most powerful networks in the world. The Heritage Association provides an opportunity for you to connect not only with former teammates and coaches, but also engage more closely with the department and university as a whole. In addition, we would welcome your role as a mentor to a student-athlete, and help guide them through their college experience and beyond.
To better communicate among the department and our 21 NCAA teams, “Team Captains” will be selected for each sport who will serve as the liaison between our office and former student-athletes. If you are interested in assisting the department in this manner, please contact Scott Wandzilak at firstname.lastname@example.org or 424-832-4711.
USC student-athletes continually excel in and out of the classroom. Founded in 2014, Athlete Career Transition (ACT) enhances student-athlete career development through a multi-faceted approach. An educational curriculum is offered including: resume building, networking and interviewing skills, job search techniques, business etiquette, and marketing the student-athlete brand. We have already seen great results — Trojans are hiring Trojans!
